The application process has two stages:

Stage One: Applicants must complete and submit the Letter of Interest. Submissions will be reviewed to identify projects that most closely match the objectives of the EnAbling Change Partnership Program identified for 2010/2011.

Stage Two: Applicants who make the short list will be contacted and asked to submit a detailed proposal for their projects. Ministry staff will work with organizations to finalize proposals. If approved, the ministry and the partners will sign a contract.
