It can take up to 30 to 60 days from the time we register your case to the time you start receiving your first support payments.

Once we receive the support payment, we can usually process and send it to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Late payments can happen for a number of reasons:

• postal service delays
• missing or wrong information about your case, for example, the support payor has changed jobs and we haven't been notified

If you haven't had a payment in more than 30 days, report the missing payment to us right away.
